  Waste Connections out of Polkton damaged my property and then did not care to amend the situation. I have two good condition 96 personal gallon trash cans that are the type intended to be picked up by an automated truck. I was advised that it was fine for me to use these trash cans for a $5/month stipend if they were out very often. I came home from work today to find that they had destroyed BOTH of my personal trash cans beyond usability. I'm not sure if they emptied them or used them to barrel down Niagara Falls. God Bless the USA picked up these cans with their automated truck for two years with no incidents. I only changed to Waste Connections because the pick-up day was favorable. The operations manager, Josh, at Waste Connections refused to rectify the situation. I would have been perfectly happy with two equivalent good condition used cans to replace mine and one would think this would be an easy accommodation for a trash company who likely has hundreds of similar cans. I know God Bless the USA may seem old school, but I sure wish I had stuck with them.
